Since 1966, the College has committed itself to the gamut of teaching and learning in higher education with the prime objective of rendering value based quality education and providing extracurricular activities in the best possible manner. All those efforts have been for spreading alongside the benefit of higher education inhabited mostly by SC and ST, poor, and marginalised peoples of the society. 
Education is a very important tool for the well-being of society, it changes people's attitudes, determines the altitude and tells the value of life.
Value-based education plays a major role in shaping student behaviour, so that students can display good behaviour, interact well with each other and imbibe spirituality in all areas of life. Value based ethics is therefore very important in any given system of education as the benefits not only affect a student but are felt by the entire society. 
We have to undertake hard work and concentrated efforts as a team to achieve bigger goals in the field of higher education. Such committed and determined commitments are expected to make Narajole Raj College as one of the pioneering college in the field of academic spheres. 
As a Principal of this college I shall try my level best to consolidate our strength more judiciously with the aim to achieving a model college by inculcating value based holistic and integrated approaches; so that needs of the students are to be satisfied and expectation of local peoples of the society are fulfilled.
